Free shipping on orders with a subtotal over $75.00 (minimum purchase amount does not include taxes), valid in the US only. This promotion does not apply to expedited shipping. Flat ground shipping rate of $9.95 on all orders under $75, valid in the US only.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of products, total cart weight, final destination, and shipping option selected. Additional costs due to tariffs or VAT will be added as needed.
Our warehouse is based in the US. Processing times for each item in your order may vary. For most in-stock domestic orders, you can expect them to be shipped within 3-5 business days after placing your order, unless otherwise specified on our website.
International orders may take additional time depending on shipping method and customs requirements.
It's important to mention that we do not ship orders on weekends or on the following US holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. If your order is shipped via USPS, it will also not be shipped on holidays observed by the US Postal Service, such as President’s Day and Martin Luther King Day, among others.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed. However, if you discover an issue with the shipping address, please send us an email, and we will do our best to assist you. It's important to note that while we will make every effort to accommodate address changes, we cannot guarantee that they can be made.
